What Happened in One Piece Episode 1062?

In episode #1062 of the anime One Piece, viewers witnessed the epic culmination of the intense battle between Zoro and King. This fight is undoubtedly one of the greatest anime fights of all time. Zoro’s legendary swords were put to full use as he delivered a powerful King of Hell Three Sword Style attack that overwhelmed King’s Lunarian offensive and defensive capabilities. The animation in this fight surpassed even the excellent animations from the previous episodes of the Wano arc. Apart from the thrilling fight scene, fans were also treated to a flashback revealing how King and Kaido met, which was a cool addition and provided some much-needed details to their story in the manga.

With Zoro’s and Sanji’s fights against King and Queen respectively concluded, episode #1063 has the opportunity to explore various plot points. The Raid on Onigashima is a multifaceted battle involving many significant characters on different fronts. Law and Kid are still battling Big Mom, and their crew members, including Killer and Bepo, have joined forces with the Straw Hats to face off against the Beast Pirates. Usopp is safeguarding some of the Scabbards who were severely injured in their clash with Kaido, while other Scabbards, such as Raizo, are engaged in their individual skirmishes. Meanwhile, Momo and Yamato are attempting to prevent Onigashima from exploding and colliding with the Flower Capital amidst all this chaos.

Although there are various interesting plot threads in the ongoing anime, the most anticipated fight among fans is Luffy’s rematch against Kaido after being knocked off the floating island into the sea. Viewers are expecting an incredible visual experience as Luffy’s first fight with Kaido was well-animated, and the anime has improved many of the Straw Hat’s battles compared to the manga. However, it seems that the animation quality in episode #1063 may not be as impressive as it was in Zoro and King’s fight, which was featured in the previous episode. Nevertheless, fans should not miss out on episode #1063 airing on May 27 if they want to find out what happens next in One Piece’s epic Wano arc.
